Elizabeth & Beau

8.30.2012

I am in love with the natural, rustic beauty of this June wedding! The Meeting House at Tiveron Four Corners was the perfect setting for a summertime wedding in the country.

I love the detail of this tent's lone star...

Elizabeth and Beau are such a lovely, down to earth couple and they wanted a big backyard gathering that showcased their natural surroundings and emphasized their simple but sweet summery style. It was almost surreal! I'm tempted to call it "The Shire" - tucked into the woods, the earthy scents, lush lawns and bright, beautiful flowers...

This warm late afternoon light is so beautiful...

 Gorgeous!

Both serious chefs, the top priority for Elizabeth and Beau was gorgeous food and lots of it! The stations included a "Marry Me Kimchee" Asian fusion table, raw bar, creative and unique passed hors d'oeuvres and just about the most gigantic lobsters I've ever seen for on-the-spot lobster rolls.... Nothing says summer in New England like fresh lobster rolls! So delicious!

These long farm tables are one of my favorite set ups. They're such an excellent layout for a family style sitting and conversation is easy and open...

These tea lights perfectly punctuate the evening sky...

It was an incredible summer night and an absolutely gorgeous wedding...

Congratulations to Elizabeth and Beau! Wishing you both the very best, always!
