Some news from Meghan Sepe Weddings...

Happy wedding season! This is my 15th year shooting weddings and I kind of can't believe it. It almost seems surreal... 15 years went by awfully fast. Sheesh.
After more than 200 weddings and nearly one million wedding images, the time feels right to pause and take a moment to reflect on an incredible wedding career.

Weddings are amazing. They're a day filled with excitement, fun, great food and music, best friends and family, endless eye candy, and love, love, love. I've been able to intimately connect with countless people, make lifelong friends, travel the world, and have an image catalog that is, quite honestly, larger than life. It's been a wild and crazy ride and I'm forever grateful.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my work and delivering my best images and my best self to clients has always been my number one priority since the moment I began my career. And as a photographer of so many genres - interior design, portraiture, location and editorial assignments, advertising and branding, etc., etc., I want to be able to devote my time and energy to all of these outlets with equal opportunity. As the years tick on and age does it's thing, I'm learning more about myself as an individual and as a photographer, and have grown to understand what nurtures my vision and also that not everything can stay at the same pace with the same energy forever.

I've finally come to the conclusion that I am human (hey, some of us are slow learners) and that there are only 24 hours in my day like everyone else. If I want to do it all and give it my all, I have to be willing to make a little space and acquiesce, like all things that grow and change.

So, beginning this season, I will be tapering my wedding packages and offering limited hours. I still promise to continue to capture my weddings with all of the breathtaking sights, smells, tastes and unforgettable moments as always, and I still promise to deliver my best. I'm still willing to travel and climb on the roof for a shot and put in all the meetings and calls you need to put together an extraordinary day - but quality over quantity will allow me to focus on the core of the day and keep in line what matters to my couples and me the most. It will also allow faster turn around and a more personal experience. I'm really excited about that.

Change is hard, but it's also good. Here's to a new season, a new year, and a new method. To all my couples and everyone stopping by to look at my work, I wish you an incredible summer of fun and beautiful inspiration, and most of all, lots of love!

Sincerely,
Meghan

We are honored to have worked with the incredible talent of Table 6 Productions for this wedding. We are also honored to be beautifully featured on their lovely blog. Have a look -> HERE

Nestled deep in the woods of Ridgefield, Connecticut, was one of the most spectacular backyard summer weddings we've seen to date. The simple vibe was exactly what the couple wanted. As two very laid back individuals, they nailed everything from the natural setting, colorful late summer blooms and greenery, eco-friendly tablewares and food trucks, to dancing the night away with late night cupcakes and snacks.

Emily and her bridesmaids all wore these engraved shoes, a gift from her uncle Sam Edelman.

Sherman!  💘🐾
Congratulations Emily and Pat! Cheers to you!
